About YANA – You Are Not Alone
YANA – You Are Not Alone is an international non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing one of life’s most challenging experiences: relationship breakdown, separation, divorce, and family conflict.
We believe that no one should have to go through this journey alone.
YANA was originally founded to support women experiencing difficult divorces. However, through years of listening to real stories and understanding the complexities of family conflicts, we recognized that emotional abuse, toxic relationships, parental disputes, and legal challenges can affect anyone—regardless of gender.
Today, YANA provides support to women, men, parents, and children navigating family crises before, during, and after divorce.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help individuals protect their rights, regain emotional stability, rebuild confidence, and create a positive new chapter in their lives.
