Before recommending a solution, we take the time to understand your personal circumstances, answer your initial questions, and help you identify the most appropriate type of support.

Our Meetings

We organize different types of meetings and support sessions, including:

• Individual consultations

• Small group meetings

• Online meetings

• In-person meetings

• Educational presentations

• Workshops

• Conferences on specific family, legal, and parenting topics

Depending on the country and the needs of our local community, meetings may be organized weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

1. Individual Assessment

We usually begin with an individual conversation to better understand your situation.

Following this first assessment, we may recommend:

• individual support,

• participation in a group meeting,

• a workshop,

• or referral to one of our trusted professionals.

Our goal is to provide the right support at the right time.

2. Group Meetings

Our group meetings offer a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where participants can:

• share their experiences;

• ask questions about separation or divorce;

• receive practical advice;

• learn about possible strategies;

• better understand legal and administrative procedures;

• discover available public and social services;

• receive recommendations for experienced lawyers, mediators, psychologists, coaches, and other professionals;

• exchange experiences with people facing similar situations;

• build confidence and emotional resilience.

Many participants tell us that hearing the experiences of others helps them better understand their own situation and feel less isolated.

3. Practical Guidance

During our meetings, our team and invited experts can help you better understand topics such as:

• parental rights and responsibilities;

• child custody and parenting arrangements;

• communication during high-conflict separation;

• legal procedures;

• administrative processes;

• available government and social services;

• documentation and preparation;

• emotional recovery;

• rebuilding life after separation.

While we do not replace lawyers or psychologists, we help participants better understand their options and connect them with trusted professionals when appropriate.

4. Personal Coaching & Professional Support

Some situations require more personalized guidance.

For members who would benefit from ongoing support, we can connect them with our network of:

• certified life coaches;

• divorce and family coaches;

• psychologists;

• psychotherapists;

• family therapists;

• mediators;

• legal professionals.

Whenever possible, we aim to provide support in the participant’s preferred language.

5. Multilingual Support

To ensure everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves, our meetings are generally organized by language.
